If necessary, we are responsible for the entire production process, starting from the product development work. 3D design, precise material selection and careful production guarantee high-quality solutions for various purposes.Cost-effectiveness with composite solutions
Our composite solutions are at their best in products that require a light and strong structure, corrosion resistance, sound and thermal insulation, easy installation and modern design - without compromising on surface quality. In composite products, it is possible to use fire retardant or non-combustible composite structures. Other materials can also be easily combined with composite structures. Esmarin develops its production and own products with EU support
Oy Esmarin Composites Ltd is carrying out the project “International growth by developing production methods and own products” in Savonlinna. The aim of the project is to strengthen the company’s international competitiveness, to make production more efficient and expand it, and to develop the company’s own products and responsible operations.
The project develops manufacturing methods and production conditions, and invests in machinery, equipment and facilities that support production. Product development focuses on, among other things, AAVA floating villas, an electric pontoon boat, and train and ship products. In addition, the project will create a sustainability programme and explore new international market opportunities.
The targeted results are more efficient production, further developed own products and better prerequisites for international growth.
The project is co-funded by the European Union. It receives support from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the Innovation and Skills in Finland 2021–2027 programme. The South Savo ELY Centre has granted the project a maximum of EUR 467,380 in EU and state funding. The approved total budget of the project is EUR 1,074,304.
